Vale ressaltar que a lista não contabilizou todos os subgêneros do rock e metal, por isso a falta de nomes como AC/DC e Guns N’ Roses. O interessante da lista é ver como nomes já consagrados na música estão concorrendo com artistas que há pouco começaram a carreira. Este é um grande indicativo da força do rock e metal, especialmente nos dias de hoje.
