Steve Hackett , former guitarist of Genesis , returned to Brazil last week for two performances. Last Sunday, the 20th, the musician performed at Espaço Unimed, in São Paulo, alongside the band The Genetics .

During the show, Hackett performed the album Seconds Out (1977) in its entirety. This was Genesis' second live album and the last one Steve Hackett played on before leaving the band to pursue a solo career. The setlist also included hits from the group's career.

The guitarist's return to Brazil also celebrated the 50th anniversary of Genesis' first and only visit to the country. The band played historic shows here in May 1977, long before international concerts became more feasible in the country, in a scenario where even the first Rock In Rio was far from being a reality.
