Starkill is a melodic death metal band with strong influences from power metal and symphonic metal. Composed of Parker Jameson (guitar, vocals and keyboards), Spencer Weidner (drums), Tony Keathley (guitar and vocals), Sarah Lynn Collier (vocals) and Kevin Spielmann (bass), the band produces a very high-quality sound reminiscent of Arch Enemy , a titan of the genre.
The group is based in Chicago, in the United States, and began writing material in 2008, but only debuted in 2013 with the album Fires of Life . They have a total of over 8 million streams on Spotify and also total over 2 million views on YouTube .
The quintet is quite promising and has already shared the stage with several bands such as Dragonforce , Kreator , the Brazilian bands Sepultura and Krisiun , Arch Enemy , Wintersun , Moonspell , and many others.
