Ozzy Osbourne has a list of rock and metal musicians he'd like to collaborate with, as he revealed in a recent interview with Metal Hammer . The new issue of the magazine features Jack Black and Kyle Gass of Tenacious D as guest editors.
When asked about artists he'd like to collaborate with on a musical project, Ozzy named a dream supergroup that, unfortunately, is impossible. "I'd love to do something with John Lennon and Jimi Hendrix . And I'd love to do something with Randy Rhoads again," the Prince of Darkness began.
Although it starts with musicians who have already passed away, the other names mentioned are completely plausible. “I would love for Paul McCartney to play on one of my albums, he’s a great bassist. That’s a good band. However, there’s no drummer and it would be necessary to bring one in. Tommy Clufetos is my current drummer and he’s very good,” Ozzy concluded.
Recently, Ozzy Osbourne canceled his tour schedule due to health problems and announced a break from touring. Despite this, the artist denies retiring . “This damn press drives you crazy. I looked at a magazine that said, 'Ozzy is on his last legs.' I'm not dying in this shit. Come on, guys, haven't I suffered enough already?” he vented .
