This Thursday, the 4th, Guns N' Roses released the new and highly anticipated singles "Atlas" and "Nothin'". Originally, the songs were scheduled for release on December 2nd.
According to Blabbermouth , "Atlas" showcases Guns N' Roses at their most energetic and rock 'n' roll. "Nothin'," on the other hand, has ballad-like characteristics, incorporating keyboards and introspective melodies.
The tracks in question were developed during the recording process of Chinese Democracy (2008). “Atlas” was popularly known by fans as “Atlas Shrugged”, and like “Nothin’”, had demos leaked in 2019. This year, both songs appeared in rehearsals by the band during their Asian tour, held in May. However, they were not included in the setlist for the shows [ via Igor Miranda ].
