Members of Soundgarden will play together for the first time since the death of Chris Cornell

Soundgarden's drummer and guitarist will play with MC50

Soundgarden drummer Matt Cameron and guitarist Kim Thayil will perform together for the first time since the death of vocalist Chris Cornell, according to The Pulse Of Radio. The show will take place on June 8th at the Northside Festival in Denmark, where they will be special guests of MC50.

MC50 is a band that original MC5 guitarist Wayne Kramer has put together to celebrate the 50th anniversary of MC5's debut album, Kick Out The Jams . The album will be played in its entirety.

Cameron and Thayil made their first public appearance together at an event to support Vicky Cornell, at a Human Rights Watch charity dinner.
