Slayer has announced the release of a vinyl record commemorating the fortieth anniversary of Show No Mercy . The re-release will be available to the public on February 9th.
Released by Metal Blade Records , it will be available in a deluxe version, which includes the colored vinyl, a slipmat, and a poster. Additionally, it also comes with a replica concert flyer and an autographed card.
Metal Blade Records was responsible for releasing Slayer's first works, namely Show No Mercy (1983) and Hell Awaits (1985), Haunting the Chapel (1984) and Live Undead (1984). These records have already received a re-release in 2021, both in physical and digital versions.
