Slash , the iconic guitarist of Guns N' Roses , has revealed he is working on a new solo album with guest artists, similar to his self-titled album from 2010.
During an interview with Yahoo! Entertainment , the guitarist said that the album will be "almost the same" as the first one, which featured guests Ozzy Osbourne, Dave Grohl, Lemmy Kilmister, Chris Cornell , Ian Astbury, Fergie , Adam Levine, among others.
The main difference will be in the album's sound, which this time will be "more blues-oriented." In revealing that the album is expected to be released in 2024, Slash indicated that singer Demi Lovato may be among the guest artists. The pair recently collaborated on a rock and roll version of Lovato's hit "Sorry Not Sorry."
“It was totally a secret. There’s not much more to say at this point, but [Lovato and he] recorded something,” said Slash , confirming the collaboration with the singer.
