The #MeToo movement exposes situations of abuse and harassment against women.
Slash , guitarist for Guns N' Roses, Classic Rock magazine about the #MeToo movement, which emerged online with women exposing situations of abuse and harassment.
“I think the #MeToo movement definitely has justification – and is, in fact, overdue,” said Slash. “[It’s complicated] in the context of being in a rock n roll band […] I have to admit there were times when I looked back and thought, ‘Well, that was consensual.’”
"The problem is that you can be falsely accused of something […] Even if you had a clean record, the damage would already be done, and that's very sad."
