's new album featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators is finished!

In an interview with Audio Ink Radio , the vocalist confirmed that the band's fifth album is ready, but there is still no release date. “We recorded an album a few months ago and it’s ready. I think the goal is just to release it when the time is right. Hopefully next year, early next year,” explained Kennedy (via Brave Words ).

Announced in July , the album marks the debut of the Gibson label, a new project from the legendary guitar brand for which the Guns N' Roses is an ambassador. Regarding the sound of the successor to Living The Dream (2018), the singer explained that the new project has a "live vibe".

“We recorded it in a very old-school way. That being said, without giving too much away, it definitely has a bit of that energy and vibe that many of us listened to in our youth. It was a fun album to make,” he concluded. 

Currently, Slash is on tour with Guns N' Roses, who recently released the new single "Absurd ," while Kennedy is promoting his second solo album .
