Slash revealed during a recent interview with Classic Rock Guns N' Roses album should be released soon.

“There’s new Guns N’ Roses material coming out as we speak, and we’ll probably continue releasing material until the entire record is validated and ready to be made available in a solid way,” said the guitarist. “I’m enjoying working on the new songs and having fun doing it.”

Speaking about his return to Guns N' Roses in 2016, Slash was candid in saying that he "really didn't have any expectations" about what the reunion would be like and shared what his relationship with frontman Axl Rose has been like.

“When we got back together, Axl and I really overcame this huge, sort of obstacle of negativity that we’d carried for years and years. It was a really simple and relatively short conversation we had… In all those years we were apart, he’d become a super professional. And he never missed a beat during all that time. So it’s been great. There’s been a kind of synergy that’s been happening over the last six years that we never had in our first incarnation.”

Last year, Guns N' Roses released the singles "Absurd" and "Hard Skool," which were previously written by Axl during the Chinese Democracy but were re-recorded after the return of Slash and bassist Duff McKagan . These tracks will be included on the band's upcoming EP, Hard Skool , which will also feature two recent live versions of "Don't Cry" and "You're Crazy." The EP will be released on February 25th.

Slash, who is currently working with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators , recently released two singles: "The River Is Rising" and "Fill My World," the first samples of the project's upcoming work titled 4 , which will be released on February 11th.
