Slash 's passion Guns N' Roses guitarist has launched his own horror film production company.
According to Variety , the production company is called BerserkerGang. "I've always been a big fan of horror, especially back when those movies really scared you. I want to get into the heart of the production business to try and make the movies I'd like to see," the musician commented in a statement.
Slash's new business was founded in partnership with horror film professionals: Michael Paszt, James Fler, and Andrew T. Hunt from the distributor Raven Banner; Rodrigo Gudiño, director and founder of the specialized magazine Rue Morgue; and producer Pasha Patriki from the agency Hangar 18 Media.
Before Berserker Gang , Slash had already created the production company Slasher Films , which released the film Nothing Left To Fear in 2013, whose title track also features vocals by Myles Kennedy .
In the following years, the guitarist worked with horror, creating the soundtrack for the Halloween Horror Nights event in Orlando .
