The Red Hot Chili Peppers had to cancel their performance at the American festival Almost Acoustic Christmas last Saturday, the 9th.
In a video, vocalist Anthony Kiedis recorded a sung apology that was posted on the social media accounts of Californian radio station KROQ while the event was taking place at the Kia Forum.
In the video, Kiedis clarifies that the Red Hot Chili Peppers had to cancel their performance because guitarist John Frusciante broke his finger. The band has not yet given further details about the incident.
