Metallica is taking action to bring aid to Rio Grande do Sul after historic floods in the state, making a cash donation.

In a post on their social media, the band talks about what is happening, providing some data and informing that the band's foundation, All With My Hands Foundation, will donate $100,000 to Direct Relief.

At the end of the post, they also provide the Direct Relief website.

In addition to the American group, other artists spoke about recent events in the country, such as Guns N' Roses and Slash .
