Holt did not collaborate on "Repentless"
In an interview on an American podcast, Slayer frontman Kerry King spoke about possible songwriting collaborations with guitarist Gary Holt, who joined the band as a replacement for Jeff Hanneman. Here's his statement:
“I’m completely open to Gary writing songs. I know he has to work on an Exodus album and I already have several songs for the next album. But, you know, if he’s going to stick around… I didn’t want him on the last album, I know that. I’m open to having the conversation. I haven’t talked to Tom yet and I haven’t spoken to Gary yet, but I’m open. I’m not saying it will or won’t happen. But my ears are open.”
