James Hetfield suggests a place "to have or make babies" at a Metallica concert in the US.

Musician joked about baby's birth at band's show in Brazil.

James Hetfield was just as impressed by the birth of a baby at Metallica in Brazil as the rest of us, and he spoke about it again on stage, this time to the audience at the Boston Calling festival in the United States.

The frontman told fans abroad about "a woman who gave birth" during a band show in Brazil and took the opportunity to make a joke about the event: "If you're going to have a baby tonight, I think you better go to the emergency room now, we don't want anything strange happening tonight," he began, pointing to the side where the emergency room was located. "Okay, so having babies is over there, now if you want to have babies [it's the other way]…. A joke from old dad James."

Metallica's show at the Boston Calling festival took place on May 29th and was marked by another funny moment from the band. Guitarist Kirk Hammett got "distracted" and messed up the intro to "Nothing Else Matters" during the show; relive the scene here .
