The members of Metallica sent personalized gifts for the baby who was born during the band's show in Curitibain May, during their tour in Brazil.
After James Hetfield called the family (watch here), his mother Joice Figueiró shared on social media about a mysterious package that was delivered to the family home last Friday, the 17th, containing an “innocent card” from a child, as she described it.
Inside the blue envelope, the surprise: all the members of Metallica autographed the gift card, even writing their family surnames and "Happy days" next to the autographs of Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Robert Trujillo and Kirk Hammett.
As a gift for the child born to the sound of "Enter Sandman," the band sent several official—and very cute!—baby outfits. Luan James ' mother doesn't know how the band got the family's address, but she expressed joy and called them "the best godparents ever" for the attention received.
"I have no words to express what I feel for this band, for their affection towards us, it all seems like a dream, it's taking a while for it all to sink in," Joice wrote in a post.
