Sepultura drummer Igor Cavalera , also known as Iggor , has debuted his new project, Corroded Spiral , formed by electronic producer Cardopusher and vocalist Dwid Hellion . The trio released their first single, "Forgotten Ether," and announced the arrival of their debut EP, Ancient Nocturnal Summoning , on December 3rd.
According to Blabbermouth , the release “crosses the boundaries of black metal, hardcore, new wave, industrial and electronic music” with the three members contributing in their own way, with their own influences and individual skills, “capturing the intensity, horror and supernatural fear of its title”.
