Hurricanes announced this Wednesday, the 14th, the launch show for their first album. The special performance will take place on July 2nd at La Iglesia Borratxeria, in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
Tickets are now available on the Clube do Ingresso , and the full price for a general admission ticket is 80 reais. However, by donating 1kg of non-perishable food, it's possible to purchase a promotional half-price ticket.
In March, the band was responsible for opening for The Black Crowes at Espaço Unimed, and impressed not only the audience but also the Americans themselves, since they keep the rock & roll tradition alive even though they are a new group.
Hurricanes' self-titled album will be released on June 30th via ForMusic Records and already includes the singles " The Bird's Gone ", " Purple Clouds " and " Thunder in the Storm ". The debut project brings together the blues and rock roots of the 70s with a modern sound.
