Grace McKagan , daughter of Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan , has released her newest single, "Baby That's Rock N Roll," which also came with a music video.

The singer drew inspiration from garage rock for the track, combining it with 1970s rock and roll. In a press statement, Grace explained that the song addresses how the current mainstream rock attitude has become distorted from its original nature.

“I’m not the guru on what is and isn’t rock, but the personification of the genre has developed a lot, especially in recent years,” she said. Grace, however, concluded by saying that we need to celebrate that guitars are back!

Grace is pursuing a solo career after the breakup of the band The Pink Slips , which she formed when she was 15 years old. Now 24, the singer is preparing an EP, which should include "Baby That's Rock N Roll" and the already released "One You Love".
