The track is part of the vocalist's new solo album.

Dee Snider , frontman of Twisted Sister , is investing in a solo career. After announcing the release of his solo album For The Love Of Metal and releasing the track "Tomorrow's No Concern ," the vocalist has just released the second track from the album.

“Become The Storm” is one of the 12 tracks on the album produced by Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed , scheduled for release on July 27th by Napalm Records. The album will also feature several special guests including Howard Jones (ex- Killswitch Engage ), Mark Morton ( Lamb Of God ), Allisa White-Gluz ( Arch Enemy ), among others.

For The Love Of Metal follows We Are The Ones , released in October 2016, and according to Snider, will have a different sound, since the last album carried "a part Foo Fighters , another part Imagine Dragons , and also a part Thirty Seconds to Mars ".
