The list of reasons to celebrate Dee Snider's coming out of retirement keeps growing, as evidenced by the single "Time To Choose," a collaboration with George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher , vocalist of Cannibal Corpse .
Released this Thursday, the 24th, the song addresses the duality between good and evil, a recurring theme in the compositions of the former Twisted Sister member , but this time with the special impact of Corpsegrinder's guttural vocals. "Given the weight of this track, I thought adding George Fisher's voice would emphasize the seriousness of the choices we make," commented Snider about the track. "I was honored when he agreed to contribute his incredibly powerful voice."
This collaboration is the only one on Snider's upcoming album, titled Leave a Scar . Featuring 12 tracks, the project also includes the single "I Gotta Rock (Again)" and will be released on July 30th by Napalm Records. See cover art and tracklist below.
