Babymetal released their new and intense track “Song 3” last Tuesday, the 28th, in collaboration with the Russian-American deathcore group Slaughter To Prevail . The song is now available on digital platforms along with an official music video.

Alex Terrible ’s brutal vocals with the characteristic melodies of the Babymetal members. According to the Japanese band, it is one of their heaviest tracks to date. “Tense and theatrical, but at the same time precise,” they describe it.

The collaboration is part of the highly anticipated album Metal Forth . Originally scheduled for June 13th and then rescheduled for June 27th, the album has been delayed once again and will now arrive on August 8th. The album will feature appearances by Poppy, Electric Callboy, Bloodywood, Spiritbox, Polyphia, and Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine) .

In addition to being included on Babymetal's new album, "Song 3" will also be on Grizzly , Slaughter To Prevail's upcoming album, scheduled for release on July 18th. The band had already released the single "Russian Grizzly in America" ​​earlier in the month, shortly after vocalist Alex Terrible announced that he had adopted two bear cubs.

Babymetal has an extensive tour across the USA.

Currently, Babymetal is touring Europe alongside Poppy and Bambie Thug. Tonight, the group performs at Le Zénith in Paris. After that, they will conclude the European leg on May 30th at the O2 Arena in London. Following that, they head to the United States, where they will play 24 shows with support from Black Veil Brides, Jinjer, and Bloodywood . The opening show is scheduled for May 13th in Houston, Texas.

Slaughter To Prevail also has shows scheduled in the US during the summer, including the Inkcarceration (July 19), Louder Than Life (September 2) and Aftershock (October 4) festivals.
