After responding with plenty of classical music and songs to internet users who criticized her for wearing a Metallica , Zaria secured sponsorship from Sully Guitars , and now shares and plays her favorite riffs from the band for Loudwire 's Gear Factor .

In the episode, which can be watched in full below, Zaria shares more about her history with music, including the first time she ever heard Metallica, which happened when a teacher showed a clip of the Virginia Hokies team playing “Enter Sandman,” she recalls. “I just remember hearing [the opening] and my little ears perking up and I thought that was the best thing I had ever heard in my life.”

"Slowly, from the eighth grade, I started to get more and more interested in it, and I think that by around the ninth grade, literally the whole year, I was just listening to Metallica, and that's no joke," she says.

Zaria also highlighted Megadeth as one of her favorite bands when she started playing, particularly mentioning "Holy Wars," and revealed that Ozzy Osbourne was the second song she learned to play.
