Zakk Wylde, frontman and guitarist of Black Label Society, participated in an acoustic session at Planet Rock studio in London, England, where he played two tracks from the band's new album.

“The Day That Heaven Had Gone Away” and “Room Of Nightmares” received clear and clean versions with Wylde's voice and guitar. Both tracks are part of the album Grimmest Hits.

The successor to Catacombs of the Black Vatican (2014), the album was released on January 19th by Spinefarm Records, a label owned by Universal.

Black Label Society recently kicked off their North American tour to promote their album Grimmest Hits. The band Corrosion Of Conformity will be supporting them on all dates, with Eyehategod and Red Fang making guest appearances on some of them.
