Black Label Society's Grimmest Hits was released in January

In an interview with La Grosse Télé, Zakk Wylde spoke about Black Label Society's new album, Grimmest Hits .

“We recorded at Black Vatican, my home studio. I was on the road with Zakk Sabbath and we were getting ready to make the new album. I said, ‘How much time do I have to write when I get home?’ They said, ‘You have about 20 days before the guys leave.’ I said, ‘Okay, I have 20 days to write an album,’ and so I start writing riffs every day […] If I showed up with Free Bird or Stairway To Heaven or White Christmas, we’d record it when the guys were there. That’s it. We don’t do pre-production or any of that crazy stuff. It’s a rock album we’re writing, you know what I mean?”

Black Label Society's tenth album, Grimmest Hits , was released on January 19th by Entertainment One (eOne).
