Tour celebrates the album “The Crimson Idol”
WASP will feature Brazilian drummer Aquiles Priester for their new tour, “Re-Idolized – The Crimson Idol 25th Anniversary World Tour”, which begins in September.
Priester has played with Angra, Primal Fear, Paul Di'Anno, Tony MacAlpine, and many others. He is also known for having auditioned for the drummer position with Dream Theater after Mike Portnoy left.
WASP's tour celebrates the 25th anniversary of the release of the album "The Crimson Idol" and will feature the band playing the album in its entirety. So far, the band has only announced dates in Europe.
