The new album is the band's seventh
The Dutch band Within Temptation will release a new album, Resist , on December 14th via Spinefarm Records.
Sharon Den Adel , vocalist, spoke to Metal Hammer about the new work, the seventh of their career: “Our main goal was to collect pieces of sounds that we liked and then intensify everything we could, allowing us to shape a new musical world that is heavier, dirtier and more futuristic than we have ever created before. Resist is our new approach to metal; our way of breathing new life into the rebellion of modern music.”
The song "The Reckoning" features Jacoby Shaddix , vocalist of Papa Roach .
Within Temptation will be touring Europe between October and December.
