Within Temptation recently released the music video for their single "A Fool's Parade." The video features Alex Yarmak , a producer and vocalist of Ukrainian origin. Royalties from the song will go to the Music Saves UA for the duration of the war between Ukraine and Russia.
The song condemns Russia's actions and portrays the real situation faced by Ukrainians. It reaffirms the band's commitment to Ukraine and aims to raise awareness about the conflict.

Recording in Ukraine
The video was filmed on the streets of Kyiv and is directed by renowned Ukrainian director Indy Hait . In the clip, vocalist Sharon den Adel passes by important landmarks of the city.
It's interesting to note that, since the beginning of the war, Within Temptation has shifted its focus on thematic issues. Lyrics that previously addressed personal feelings and collective contexts have given way to denunciations of injustices on a global scale, bringing about a deeper reflection on the world.
“A Fool’s Parade” promotes the band’s new tour, which begins in September in the Netherlands and will travel throughout Europe.
