POD 's return to Brazil has generated a great deal of buzz, especially in the city of São Paulo. With shows scheduled in several Brazilian cities, the São Paulo capital has been given an extra date: December 5th, at Carioca Club.

This happened because the December 13th show, featuring Demon Hunter, also at Carioca Club, is nearing a sell-out. With approximately 90% of tickets sold, fans who were unable to purchase tickets will have another opportunity.

The additional show, held on Friday, December 5th, at Carioca Club, features a boost that will catch the attention of any metal fan. Besides POD and Demon Hunter, it will be the first Brazilian performance of the band Living Sacrifice , considered one of the most influential in American metal.

Formed in San Diego, P.O.D. achieved international recognition in the late 1990s, blending rock, metal, hip hop, and elements of nu-metal. The band is led by the distinctive vocals of Sonny Sandoval and is known for its powerful stage presence, delivering intense and memorable performances.

Demon Hunter, led by Ryan Clark , has established itself as a leading band in the scene since the early 2000s. The group has a consistent discography, characterized by memorable riffs and lyrics that address themes such as inner conflict, faith, and resilience. Brazilian fans have been waiting for years for the band to come, and the possibility of seeing them alongside POD makes the event even more significant.

The big news is the participation of Living Sacrifice. The Arkansas-based group, led by Bruce Fitzhugh , has influenced an entire generation in metalcore and modern thrash. Despite their long career, the band had never performed in Brazil. Now, they will perform two historic shows in the country: in São Paulo on December 5th, and in Rio de Janeiro on December 6th.

In short, it will be one of those nights that will go down in history. Three incredible names, a legendary stage, and a chance that shouldn't knock on your door twice.

Following that, I discovered Black Sabbath and there was no turning back... A regular at concerts, I've attended hundreds of performances by the main rock/metal bands and their various subgenres. In recent years, I've been transforming my passion for music into words, sharing concert reviews and allowing readers to experience the emotion of each performance.
