Knotfest , a festival created by Slipknot , is coming to Brazil for the first time in December at the Anhembi Sambadrome in São Paulo. The event takes place on December 18th and tickets are available on the Eventim website.
The first edition of the event took place in two different locations: on August 17, 2012 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the band's hometown, and the following day in Somerset, Wisconsin. Two years later, the festival traveled to Japan for its first international edition.
Since then, Knotfest has toured five countries before arriving in Brazil. The inaugural edition features Slipknot, Bring Me The Horizon, Trivium, Sepultura, Judas Priest, Pantera, Motionless In White, Vended, Project46, Oitão, and Jimmy & Rats in the lineup.
