Blackberry Smoke released the single “Azalea” last Friday, the 19th. To celebrate the new release, the group also released the music video for the track, which can be watched at the end of this article.
The track, which is part of the album Be Right Here, scheduled for February 16th, is heavy and, according to vocalist Charlie Starr , "isn't a happy song per se." In a statement to the press, he said: "There's some hope in there too. That comes with Travis and me being parents. Hold onto your kids as much as you can, without suffocating them."
“Azalea” follows the singles “ Hammer And The Nail ,” “ Little Bit Crazy, ” and “ Dig A Hole ,” all produced by Dave Cobb, who is also responsible for the album.
