AC/DC Finally on the iTunes Store

On Monday the 19th, Columbia Records and Apple announced that the entire AC/DC catalog would be available for download on the iTunes Store. The digitization includes 16 studio albums, 4 live albums, and 3 compilation albums.

The band's decision surprised fans, since Angus Young, in 2008, described iTunes' sales method as disrespectful.

After the addition of The Beatles' albums in 2010, AC/DC was probably the biggest band missing from the store's catalog. The inclusion of their work fills a significant gap, but a large portion of the work of bands like Def Leppard and Black Sabbath is still missing from the store.
