The group may perform on the same day as Tenacious D and Foo Fighters

Whitesnake may be the next confirmed act for Rock in Rio 2019, following the announcements of Tenacious D , Foo Fighters , and Weezer .

According to José Norberto Flesch, editor of the newspaper Destak, Whitesnake is scheduled to perform on September 28th, the weekend before the metal day featuring Iron Maiden, Slayer, Megadeth, and Scorpions.

Ticket sales for the general public begin on April 11th at 7 PM through the official Rock in Rio website . See the festival lineup below as of now.
