The Purple Album was released in April 2015.
The Purple Tour Live this Friday, the 19th, recorded during The Purple Album tour.
The series of shows featured a setlist composed of tracks from David Coverdale's time in Deep Purple and some Whitesnake classics.
Speaking about the new work, Coverdale said: “Each band member brought their individual talent which formed the band’s identity. We did our best with this project to respect the music and legacy of Deep Purple’s Mk3 and Mk4.”
