While She Sleeps has a new single out: “You Are All You Need” arrived yesterday, the 7th, and got visuals today, the 8th, marking its presence as the second song from the band's new album, Sleeps Society , which arrives in April and is already available for pre-save.
The song, which follows the project's title track, is the result of a challenge the band set, as guitarist Sean Long in a press release. "We somehow managed to inject personal inspirations from each member to successfully incorporate 'the Sleeps sound'."
“We’re always trying to express a certain kind of emotion or insight , and sometimes you really hit the nail on the head, expressing yourself as you envisioned, and other times you just let it go completely,” he continues. “Well, this time we nailed it with no room for speculation. The song says it like it really is and reminds us to stop looking to others for approval and validation.”
The band's fifth album will feature very special guests such as Biffy Clyro vocalist Simon Neil on the track "Nervous," and Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley on "Defeat For The Brave." Check out the full tracklist and album cover below.
