The band Volbeat has announced that they have finished recording their ninth studio album, and it is expected to be released this year. This work follows Servant of the Mind (2021).

In a video posted on the Danish group's social media, guitarist and vocalist Micheal Poulsen shared his New Year's message and spoke about new things for the band in 2025 ( via Blabbermouth ):

"Volbeat's new album has been recorded and finalized. It will be released in 2025, and you'll have more information at the beginning of 2025. I can't wait."

Poulsen also mentions that the group already has shows scheduled around the world in 2025.

"There are many shows scheduled for 2025 with Volbeat all over the world. I can't wait to meet you all out there."

Asinhell 's latest European tour and the possibility of new compositions with his side project band.

“We had a great European tour with Asinhell last summer. We talked to a lot of new fans and long-time fans. Many fans actually ask what inspired us, but I'll talk about that in another video where I'll comment on all the old death metal that I like so much, the old thrash metal and the classic heavy metal of the 80s and early 90s. But that's another video.”

“Now, I can even start working on new songs for Asinhell’s next album. If you don’t have the first album, Impii Hora (2023) , check it out.”
