The reinterpretation of the hit will be released with the band's new live album

The veteran members of Vixen have released an acoustic version of their hit "Edge Of A Broken Heart," originally released on the band's self-titled debut album in 1988. This cover version is part of the upcoming album Live Fire, scheduled for release on July 6th by Rat Pak Records.

The album will feature 12 live tracks recorded during a show at the Arcada Theater in Chicago, Illinois, during their 2017 tour. In addition to the classics on the setlist, Vixen has also prepared a new version of "You Ought to Know By Now" and "Big Brother."
