VIPER released today, the 9th, the new version of the song “Dinheiro” (Money). The single is another track that will be on the new version of the album Tem Para Todo Mundo (There's Something For Everyone ) . Originally released in 1996, but never made available on streaming platforms, the album divided fans with its Portuguese lyrics and pop-rock sound, far from the heavy metal for which the band is best known. The new edition of “Dinheiro” anticipates the sound of the re-release, which featured additional recordings and a new mix to better reflect VIPER's style.
“It’s an energetic song and one of our favorites on the album,” reveals guitarist Felipe Machado . “It features a special guest appearance by Dado Villa-Lobos on vocals. He was in the same studio in Rio de Janeiro recording with Legião Urbana . This was the first song I re-recorded with Val Santos for this new version. From there, we created a much heavier guitar sound than the original.”
The album Tem Para Todo Mundo was originally released in 1996. Renowned producer Mayrton Bahia (Legião Urbana) produced the original project. Pit Passarell (bass and vocals), Felipe Machado and Yves Passarell (guitars), and Renato Graccia (drums) recorded the album in the 90s. The 2025 edition features new recordings and production by Val Santos and Felipe Machado.
With a release date scheduled for the coming months, the launch is part of the celebration of the iconic Brazilian heavy metal band's 40-year career.

"Dinheiro" is a Wikimetal Music / FMLabs .
