VIPER has officially started working on the band's new album, which is being recorded in various studios due to the pandemic .

Drummer Guilherme Martin , in turn, is putting his drumsticks to work at High Five Studio in São Paulo, while production of the project is handled by Maurício Cersosimo in New York, in the United States.

“The pandemic was a setback, but after a long period of pre-production we finally managed to start recording the new album,” says guitarist Felipe Machado . “As always happens with VIPER, I’m sure we’re going to surprise the audience. At first I imagined something closer to a mix between Theatre of Fate and Evolution , but listening to all the songs I realize that we have elements from all the albums, from Soldiers of Sunrise to Coma Rage . There’s no need to try to define it: this new work, beyond styles and dogmas, will be a VIPER album.”
