Next Sunday, the 19th, Carioca Club will host VIPER and Golpe de Estado to relive the historic show performed at Projeto SP more than 30 years ago. Purchase tickets here.

In 1989, both bands released albums that became major classics of Brazilian heavy rock: the albums Nem Polícia Nem Bandido , by Golpe de Estado, and Theatre of Fate , by Viper. At the time, they both met on stage at the now-defunct Projeto SP to promote the albums.

The show next Sunday will feature an opening performance by the band Malvada , representing the new generation of Brazilian rock, and all health protocols will be followed, including reduced capacity, mandatory mask use, hand sanitizer available at the venue, and, as required by municipal law, proof of vaccination.
