Known as one of the pioneers of heavy rock in Brazil, VIPER is back with their first album of new material in 15 years. Timeless , released by the Wikimetal Music , arrives on July 13th with eleven new songs.
To celebrate the new cycle, the group will release the first sample of their work on April 8th. The track will showcase the new VIPER lineup, which includes Leandro Caçoilo (vocals), Felipe Machado and Kiko Shred (guitars), Pit Passarell (bass and vocals), and Guilherme Martin (drums).
Timeless is produced by Mauricio Cersosimo , who has worked with names like Paul McCartney and Avril Lavigne , among dozens of Grammy . He also produced To Live Again: VIPER Live in São Paulo , a live album/DVD recorded on the tour where Andre Matos returned to the band in 2013, as well as the single “The Spreading Soul Forever” (2020). Timeless features pre-production by Val Santos.
Currently, the band is touring Brazil, showcasing their repertoire of classics including “Living for the Night”, “Rebel Maniac” and “To Live Again”, among others. After a run in the North and Northeast, VIPER has dates scheduled in the South and Southeast regions.
