One of the biggest names in Brazilian heavy metal and a reference abroad, VIPER is revisiting its legacy and will release a remastered version of its heaviest album, Coma Rage. Originally released in 1995 by Roadrunner , the album has been given a new version that is already available for pre-order and should be officially released on April 9th.

With the remastering, Coma Rage gained 10 new tracks, 9 of which are previously unreleased demos of songs from the album. The big surprise of the special edition is the unreleased track called "País do Futuro" (Country of the Future), which was composed and recorded in 1994.

The success of Coma Rage in 1995 further boosted VIPER's career, allowing the band to be one of the highlights of the Monsters of Rock , which filled the Pacaembu stadium in São Paulo. The album spawned the hit songs "Coma Rage" and "I Fought the Law," which topped the radio and MTV charts at the time. Access the pre-order to purchase your copy by clicking here .
