Vince Neil , frontman of Motley Crue , performed last June 29th at the Boone Iowa River Valley Festival in Iowa, United States. There, he sang some of the group's classics.
Neil was in Iowa to perform at the event with his bandmates who always accompany him on solo tours: Dana Strum on bass, Jeff “Blando” Bland on guitar, and Zoltan Chaney on drums.
The setlist featured hits such as "Dr. Feelgood", "Shout At The Devil", "Kickstar My Heart, "Girls, Girls, Girls" and two covers, the famous "Helter Skelter", by The Beatles , and "Smokin' In The Boys Room", by Brownsville Station.
The performance was Neil's first post-pandemic show, getting him out of the house after the quarantine that forced the cancellation of his tour with Mötley Crüe. The tour was scheduled to take place last year, but was postponed to 2022. The group will perform for the first time since their farewell tour in 2014/2015, which was originally planned to feature Def Leppard, Poison , and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts.
