Him performed his farewell show in 2017
Almost a year after the end of Him , Ville Valo joined Esa Pulliainen to record an album of unreleased songs by Finnish singer Rauli 'Badding' Somerjoki .
The first single to be released by Ville Valo & Agents is called “Orpolapsi Kiurun” and will be released on September 21st. The group's debut album is scheduled for early 2019.
After 26 years, HIM embarked on their farewell tour in 2017. They became known for playing "love metal," which is also the title of the band's fourth album.
