Joey Kramer, drummer for Aerosmith , has filed a lawsuit against the band, accusing his bandmates of preventing him from resuming his drumming duties after he took time off to treat a shoulder injury.
After the incident became public, the group released a statement saying they believed Kramer needed more time to recover and therefore would not be able to participate in the Grammy performance.
Now, TMZ has released a sad video of the drummer being barred from a band rehearsal in Los Angeles by two security guards. "I hold my head high knowing I fought for my right to celebrate the success of the band, to which I dedicated the best part of my life," Kramer told the website.
