“Nothing to Say” features appearances by Fernanda Lira (Nervosa), May Puertas (Torture Squad) and Guilherme Mateus (Bruno Sutter)
Venomous is about to release their new single “Black Embrace,” scheduled for May 16th, and to get fans in the mood, they've released an unusual cover .
The band chose the classic “Nothing to Say” from Angra Holy Land (1996) for a reinterpretation alongside vocalists May Puertas (Torture Squad) and Fernanda Lira (Nervosa) and guitarist Guilherme Mateus (Bruno Sutter) .
“I had a very special moment with Angra when I sang with them in São Paulo. So, I was very happy with Venomous' idea of recording a tribute by joining forces with my warrior friend Fernanda Lira,” commented Puertas.
The group also released a video to accompany the track. Produced by Caike Scheffer , it features scenes from the recording sessions that took place at Dual Noise studio in São Paulo with producer Rogério Wecko . Watch the video below.
