Van Halen: 1975 high school concert available for download; check it out!

A cover of "Brown Sugar" by The Rolling Stones, and even an older version of "Fools" are included in the setlist

It might be difficult to imagine Van Halen before they conquered the world, becoming one of the most prestigious bands of all time. But perhaps listening to the band before they were famous is an easier, and certainly more interesting, process.

And it is this experience that fans of the band can now have with the audio of a 1975 show performed at Pasadina High School , which features eight tracks on the setlist, mostly covers of names like ZZ Top, Deep Purple , The Rolling Stones , and an early version of "Fools," present on the 1980 album Women and Children First , originally titled "I Live With Fools."
