With the release of 1986 , the first solo album by producer and guitarist Val Santos , which arrived via Wikimetal Music on May 28th, the artist debuted a series of lyric videos that will provide visuals for the tracks with the single "Warriors Of Metal" , and soon after, with the cover of the band Triumph , in "Allied Forces".
Today, the 8th, the sequence continues with the lyric video for the single "Cross The Line," directed by photographer Marcelo Rossi , a friend of Val's since 1993. The artist's portfolio includes photographs of Madonna , KISS , Rush , and he's also responsible for music videos for Capital Inicial, Raimundos , and Toyshop , a band Val co-founded.
The track was originally recorded in 2007 on VIPER 's All My Life , a period when the musician was the band's guitarist. "I always wanted to re-record it," says the artist. Composed and produced by Santos, it now features vocals by Rob Gutierrez , a member of the band Hollowmind , and guitar by Thiago Oliveira, who plays with the bands Warrel Dane and Confessor.
