Vader , a Polish death metal band, announces a new EP titled Humanihility . The highly anticipated release will arrive on streaming platforms in the first half of 2025.
Following the release, the band will proceed with recording a new full-length album, scheduled to begin in the second half of the same year.
Furthermore, fans of the band can look forward to the re-release of the classic Black to the Blind (1997) in a remastered version, with new cover art by Jacek Wiśniewski .
The new year will also bring fans a series of festivals and opportunities to see the band live. Among them, Vader will be touring to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of the album Litany , which will be performed in its entirety.
The group's schedule also includes a special stop in Brazil in May, with a unique performance at Bangers Open Air 2025 .
In an interview with Blabbermouth , the band commented on their plans for 2025: “The new year will be even more intense. We will release the brand new EP Humanihility , as well as the highly anticipated reissue of Black To The Blind , which will come out with a new cover, but with the original design.”
The productions will bear the Nuclear Blast signature.

Vader at Bangers Open Air 2025
Confirmed as one of the attractions at the Bangers Open Air , the Polish band will return to Brazil for a special performance on May 4th.
Vader currently consists of Piotr Wiwczarek (vocals), Marek “Spider” Pająk (guitar), Tomasz Halicki (bass), and Michał Andrzejczyk (drums). The musicians guarantee that the setlist will be full of classics from their entire discography.
Regarding live performances, vocalist Peter Wiwczarek states: “the best way to promote the band's sound is to invite someone to watch them live” (via Roadie Crew ).
